Leadership Team
<p>As the founding member and CEO, Aditya is responsible for the administration and seamless functioning of the business operations and establishing strategic direction that helps the company successfully reach its objectives. He works closely with customers to deliver many transformational engagements, executed innovative business models, and developed many high-growth customer segments.</p><p>With his knowledge and expertise in emerging technologies, Aditya loves to present innovative solutions to customers to overcome their business challenges. An industry veteran with 30+ years of experience in the fields of Business Development, Technology, and Information Systems., Aditya has worked with several leading organizations, in various leadership capacities.</p>
<p>Ram is a results‐oriented digital transformative IT leader with over 25 years of global experience developing and executing digital strategies to promote business growth by optimal utilization of innovative technologies. In his previous roles, he has had key roles where he successfully led teams to plan and implement digital strategies in various industry verticals like banking, education, FMCG, and health care across the globe. </p><p>As CTO, Ram leads Fint’s global business operations and the strategic development of our services and solutions portfolio which positions us as a market leader, accentuating our pledge to remain a pioneer in technology and innovation. He forges and maintains strong relationships with Fint’s global customers helping them with business strategies that support them in their digital transformation journey. He relishes developing & leading technology strategies and leveraging modern technologies that drive sustainable growth and create positive customer experiences, identifying business opportunities and penetrating new markets.</p>
<p>A motivated Talent & Operations leader with over 20 years of global experience, Rama has been developing talent & retention strategies to promote business growth by optimal utilization of innovative technologies. As VP-TA & Strategy, he is tasked with Talent strategies that drive sustainable growth and identifying new markets, forging stronger relationships with clients.</p><p>An engineering graduate in Computer Science from Mysore University, Rama has successfully led teams, from global organizations such Sherwin Williams and Integer (formerly Greatbatch) to startups like Prowess Enterprise and ALIS Software LLC. He specializes in leading talent acquisition, transformation projects, talent planning, employer branding, engaging millennials, building scalable recruitment capability, and developing high impact teams. He believes in building trusted stakeholder relationships, partnering with boards, business owners and CEOs to provide expertise and create deep business value.</p>
<p>Parthiv Muppalla oversees the US Operations and Finances at Fint Solutions Inc. With a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University, he combines his technical acumen with strategic leadership to deliver exceptional results. Parthiv is keen to ensure that the team at Fint Solutions remains at the forefront of innovation and delivers the highest quality solutions to its customers.</p>
